Please review these Terms of Use thoroughly before purchasing, accessing, or using this product(referred to as “the Guide” or “this resource”). This digital product and all accompanying materials are the intellectual property of Call2Teach Consulting and Mary Orji.

By purchasing or accessing this guide, you voluntarily agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge that you have read and understood them in full. 

3. Educational Disclaimer

This Guide is designed for educational and informational purposes only. You may not distribute, forward, or share the Guide or any part of its contents with others. This includes both free and paid versions. Unauthorized sharing will result in legal action.  

7. No Promises or Guarantees

Any testimonials, success stories, or results featured are personal experiences shared by former clients. They are not typical and should not be assumed as promises or outcomes you will receive. We make no claims or guarantees about revenue, growth, or success from using this Guide. Your outcomes depend on multiple variables, including your implementation, timing, and unique circumstances.

8. No Warrants

This Guide is provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties. We disclaim any liability or guarantee related to business success, revenue growth, profitability, or any specific outcomes. We are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences that arise from your use or misuse of this material.

9. Indemnity + Release of Claims

By purchasing and using this Guide, you agree to release Mary Orji and Call2Teach from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses—direct or indirect—related to your participation in this resource. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our team, contractors, affiliates, and representatives against any claims arising from your use or breach of these Terms.

10. Refund Policy 

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of this Guide, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase. For support or inquiries, please email mary@call2teach.com.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Should a dispute arise, please first contact us at mary@call2teach.com. If resolution is not achieved, both parties agree to settle the matter through binding arbitration in Camden County, New Jersey. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to pursue claims in court or a jury trial. The maximum relief granted through arbitration shall be a refund of the Guide purchase amount. No further damages, including punitive or consequential, may be sought.

12. Limitation of Liability

Call2Teach and Mary Orji shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred from using this Guide, including but not limited to loss of revenue, opportunity, or reputation.

13. Payment Terms

By purchasing this Guide via credit or debit card, you authorize Call2Teach to charge the full purchase amount. Payments are processed via third-party services such as PayPal or Stripe, which maintain their own privacy and security policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the full agreement between you and Call2Teach regarding the use of the Guide. No other agreements, written or verbal, shall override these terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal action must be filed within Camden County, NJ.
